The Auxsys E1 exoskeleton is an actively powered exoskeleton made of titanium to support individuals during dynamic and static activities.

The load is transferred from the shoulders and hands to the floor. Active movement support of the legs and back is reinforced by electric motors. The housing is also lightweight titanium and therefore very robust. The system was developed under ISO 13482 and includes a BB-2590 battery system with up to 12 hours of battery life. Wearing under clothing is possible. At the chest is a load system, like a kind of clamp, which can be pulled out to attach it to heavy weights. This relieves the arms and the weight is relieved through the system to the legs and the floor. The maximum carrying weight is 35 kg. The system itself currently weighs 14 kg. Of course, the Auxsys is water and dust resistant and can be used in temperatures from -10 to +40 degrees. The production is located in Aachen.

Auxsys was founded in 2022 with headquarters in Aachen, Germany. The development of the exoskeleton technology started in 2016 with a small team and has been intensified with a larger development team since 2020.
