The MATE-XB Exoskeleton Suit is easy to wear and quickly adjustable to fit virtually any body type, and is specifically designed to the ergonomics during lifting and repetitive tasks. It does this without the use of motors or batteries, using the lower back Passively supported and supports the user when bending with the legs (squatting), bending forward or lifting loads repeatedly.

Mate XB Back Exoskeleton by Comau is an industrial-grade exoskeleton designed specifically for the upper body region. It allows for both indoor and outdoor use and provides support for lifting, carrying, holding and frontal movements. Weighing only 4 kg, it is lightweight yet robust enough to meet the demands of industrial, craft, assembly, manufacturing and logistics applications.
The exoskeleton adapts to a wide range of body heights, from 150 to 210 cm. It is also compatible with machines and enables forklift and van driving. In addition, it provides comfort as it also allows sitting on a chair. Thanks to its resistance to water, dust, oil and salt water, the exoskeleton can be used in demanding conditions and can withstand a maximum temperature of 40 degrees.
Mate XB back exoskeleton is offered at a retail price of 4500 EUR net and is available in various countries and continents, including the USA, Europe, Asia and South America. CE marking ensures compliance with European safety standards, and a detailed instruction manual is included.
The manufacturer, Comau, is headquartered in Italy, where production also takes place. The exoskeleton does not require regular maintenance and offers a one-year warranty. A test package can be requested from the manufacturer for 500 EUR per week.
With a maximum load capacity of 25 kg, the Mate XB back exoskeleton supports the user in various activities and relieves the musculature.
