And what's more: In many regions, almost half of the nursing staff is over fifty years old. The result? Overwork - both mental and physical. Many caregivers complain of back pain, even herniated discs. The Sankt Michael senior citizens' home wants to relieve its employees of at least that - with a so-called exoskeleton.
