What many take for granted is a bit of a liberation for Anne Vosgerau: walking. For the past four years, every single walk has been a personal highlight for her, because an infected blister on her foot means she is confined to a wheelchair. But with the Exsoskeleton, a robotic orthosis controlled by a smartwatch, the 32-year-old can also enjoy some upright downtime on the Kiel Fjord.
